Request account deletion
AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue customers, vendors, providers, and applicants can request deletion of eligible account access and associated personal data by contacting support.
How To Request Deletion
Call support at +1 631 552 5777 and say that you want to delete your AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue account, provider application, or associated data.
To help us locate your records, include the phone number or email used to sign in or apply, your request ID or application ID if available, and the vehicle or service date connected to the request.
Data Deleted
When deletion is approved, we delete or de-identify personal account access data, customer-associated app records, and provider application records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
- Customer phone sign-in records associated with the app account.
- Owner/vendor sign-in records associated with the app account, where eligible.
- Customer profile details stored for app access.
- Provider application contact details and application notes that are not required for retained compliance or business records.
- Saved vehicle details that are not required for retained business records.
- Photos or notes that are not required for legal, payment, safety, fraud, or dispute records.
Data We May Keep
Some records may be retained when needed for legal, safety, accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, insurance, or dispute-handling reasons.
- Completed service request records, receipts, payment status, transaction references, and totals.
- Provider onboarding, payout, tax, insurance, license, or compliance records where retention is required or reasonably needed.
- Support, dispute, safety, and audit logs related to a completed or cancelled service.
- Records required to prevent fraud, document authorization, or comply with legal obligations.
Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Lockout-related audit records, when lockout service is used, may be retained for up to 3 years.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed after support verifies the request. We will process eligible deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 days unless additional retention is required.
