Request account deletion
AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue customers can request deletion of their account access and associated personal data by contacting support.
How To Request Deletion
Call support at +1 631 552 5777 and say that you want to delete your AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue account and associated data.
To help us locate your records, include the phone number used to sign in, your request ID if available, and the vehicle or service date connected to the request.
Data Deleted
When deletion is approved, we delete or de-identify personal account access data and customer-associated app records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
- Customer phone sign-in records associated with the app account.
- Customer profile details stored for app access.
- Saved vehicle details that are not required for retained business records.
- Photos or notes that are not required for legal, payment, safety, fraud, or dispute records.
Data We May Keep
Some records may be retained when needed for legal, safety, accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, insurance, or dispute-handling reasons.
- Completed service request records, receipts, payment status, transaction references, and totals.
- Support, dispute, safety, and audit logs related to a completed or cancelled service.
- Records required to prevent fraud, document authorization, or comply with legal obligations.
Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Lockout-related audit records, if lockout service is later enabled, may be retained for up to 3 years.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed after support verifies the request. We will process eligible deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 days unless additional retention is required.
