By using AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue, you agree to use the app only for legitimate roadside assistance requests and to provide accurate information.
Services
The app allows customers to request available roadside services including tire change, tire air refill, battery jump start, and fuel delivery. Service is currently limited to Nassau County, New York. Service availability may vary by exact location, dispatcher availability, safety conditions, technician availability, and business hours.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, location, and issue information. Customers must be present or reachable for service and must follow all safety instructions from dispatch or technicians.
Safety
AfterDuty RoadSide Rescue may decline or cancel service where a location or situation appears unsafe, restricted, inaccessible, unlawful, or outside the service area.
Pricing And Payment
Prices may include a base service price and documented additional fees when applicable. Payment is due after completion unless waived or handled separately by the business. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms.
Cancellations
Requests may be cancelled by the customer or business depending on job status, safety, availability, payment status, or other operational needs.
No Guarantee
Estimated arrival times, tracking, and route information are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, safety, technician availability, or inaccurate device GPS data.
